Just found this truck at Morgan’s Wonderland. Those boudin balls are good, nice and spicy just like I love it.

Ms Vida just blew the kitchen up at The Taste!!! She won 1st place in the food category with that slamming fried fish. Making our home state of Louisiana so proud!!! Congratulations

I just went to my friends company Christmas party. I had for the first time raw oysters and chargrilled oysters. I cannot believe how good it was. That you so much. The entire crew was amazing. Oysters are now my favorite seafood.

Jewell’s Gumbo and More catered for us for 3 days (6-8 Dec) at our company’s conference and Christmas party. Hands down the best food, service and customer appreciation. Vida was genuinely concerned that her and her crew were making the very best food and setting an atmosphere that made their customers feel welcome.

I was at Dodge Ram today. I had the best Fried Fish with Red Beans and Rice. I did not have to wait and it was piping hot! Even had tartar sauce, lemon juice and perfect customer service. Hope to see you next Saturday at your location list on this site. And I’m bringing my brothers to taste this fish.

GumboFest was amazing even in cool rainy weather. Food and DJ was amazing as I said. Good variety of food. Nice location. Those who did not attend missed a good one. I heard they will do a crawfish boil in January. I’m in!!!

Skylight Ballonfest in Selma. So many food trucks and pop up vendors. The best truck with the best food and outstanding g service was this food truck. We had the best Louisiana Gumbo ever on my entire life. My brother had the Fried Catfish with Red Beans. We are following this truck. I see they have an Annual event coming up on November 11th. We are there! Going back today hopefully to see the hot air balloons in action. If not we will sit and eat more of this delicious food. Best wishes on your dream job. I'm from about 45 minutes outside of NOLA and this is the best gator I've found in Texas! The gator tacos were full of flavor and my fiance's soul food plate reminded me of more to go lunches from back home then I can count! So glad we stumbled upon this truck!

Thank you for our lunch today 7/18. Chef has personality plus. And the fried catfish and fries was delicious. I almost came back for another order.

This food truck bravely came out to our neighborhood in legend point New Braunfels on a hot 109° day. I never tried alligator before so I had to try the tacos. They were amazing great flavor with a little kick of heat. Catfish was very flavorful too. Can’t wait to try the gumbo.

Thank you for returning to the Weston downtown. We have missed your fried catfish and Southern Hospitality. ThcRed Beans and Rice today was on point! 10 ⭐️

We had the pleasure of having this food truck again at our campus today for lunch. That fish is always amazing. My co worker had the Soul Food plate. I tasted a piece of the chicken. It was so good, well seasoned. I had the gumbo before as well. This time I’m following her truck. I need this food in my life. Never disappointed.

Jewell’s at the Taste of New Orleans. We had the fried fish, corn pudding and those Boudin Balls. My family and I stood in line patiently for all that goodness 3x. Seriously folks it was that good. Those Boudin Balls were delightfully delicious with a kick. Hats off to that crew working the booth. Those ladies cooking that fish were killing it! And the young lady taking orders very nice. Thank you for making our first experience memorable at this Fiesta event.

Had the catfish and cabbage, great meal man. Everything was on point, hot and freshly made.

I’m working events here. Stopped to get some food. The Soul Food plate and Boudin Balls are amazing. Many trucks here but this one is the best by far! Thank you and see you again tomorrow. This food truck is the real Louisiana Cuisine. Sent my coworkers over. They loved it as well. Good customer service also.

Came to truck with a friend. I had already eaten. But it smelled so good. My friend really enjoyed her plate. Now I wish I would have purchased something for later. But I will this weekend at Carfest at Freeman Coliseum.

Brought the 13 year old to old main for Fat Tuesday….never seen a boy house that much Crab and shrimp!! Man it was delicious! We may have found our new Spot for crab and all things delicious!
